Terms and Conditions (Customer/User)

Welcome to CraveBoxo. By accessing or using the CraveBoxo platform, website, or mobile application (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.


1. Platform Role

CraveBoxo is a restaurant listing and direct ordering platform.

CraveBoxo:

• Connects customers with restaurants
• Provides ordering infrastructure
• Facilitates menu display and order notifications

CraveBoxo does NOT:

• Prepare food
• Operate restaurants
• Handle food delivery directly (unless specified)
• Collect or hold customer payments on behalf of restaurants

All food preparation, quality, pricing, availability, and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.


2. User Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are using the Platform under parental/guardian supervision
• All information you provide is accurate and complete


3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through CraveBoxo are:

• Directly transmitted to the restaurant
• Subject to restaurant acceptance
• Fulfilled by the restaurant

Payments are processed directly between the customer and the restaurant via supported payment methods.

CraveBoxo does not hold, store, or remit customer funds.

The restaurant is solely responsible for:

• Order confirmation
• Pricing accuracy
• Taxes
• Refund decisions
• Delivery arrangements (if applicable)


4. Pricing & Availability

Menu items, pricing, and availability are controlled by the restaurant.

CraveBoxo is not responsible for:

• Incorrect pricing
• Out-of-stock items
• Preparation delays
• Changes in menu items

Restaurants may update pricing and availability at any time.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation and refund requests must be directed to the restaurant.

Because payments are made directly to the restaurant:

• Refund decisions are handled solely by the restaurant
• CraveBoxo does not mediate payment disputes
• CraveBoxo is not liable for refund outcomes

Customers are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly regarding concerns.


6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Place fraudulent orders
• Abuse promotional campaigns
• Interfere with platform operations
• Engage in harmful or illegal activity

CraveBoxo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.


7. Platform Availability

CraveBoxo aims to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for:

• System downtime
• Technical errors
• Service interruptions
• Network failures


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CraveBoxo shall not be liable for:

• Food quality issues
• Delivery delays
• Restaurant errors
• Losses arising from restaurant actions
• Indirect or consequential damages

The restaurant bears full responsibility for order fulfillment.


9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Interface design
• Software

Are the property of CraveBoxo and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.


10. Privacy

User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to data collection necessary for order processing and platform functionality.


11. Changes to Terms

CraveBoxo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
