CraveBoxo is a restaurant listing and direct ordering platform.

CraveBoxo does not prepare food, process payments, or hold customer funds. All payments are made directly between the customer and the restaurant.


1. Payment Responsibility

When you place an order through CraveBoxo:

• Your payment is made directly to the restaurant.
• CraveBoxo does not receive, store, or control customer funds.
• CraveBoxo does not act as a payment intermediary.


2. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be directed to the restaurant from which the order was placed.

The restaurant is solely responsible for:

• Order preparation
• Food quality
• Delivery (if applicable)
• Cancellations
• Refund decisions

CraveBoxo does not issue refunds and does not mediate refund disputes between customers and restaurants.


3. Disputes

If you experience issues with your order, you should:

  1. Contact the restaurant directly using the contact details provided.

  2. Coordinate resolution with the restaurant.

CraveBoxo may assist in forwarding concerns to the restaurant but does not guarantee refund approval.


4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraveBoxo shall not be liable for:

• Food quality issues
• Delivery delays
• Incorrect orders
• Pricing errors
• Refund denials
• Financial losses arising from restaurant decisions

All such matters are the responsibility of the restaurant.


5. Platform Role Clarification

CraveBoxo functions solely as a technology provider facilitating order transmission between customers and restaurants.

We are not a party to the transaction between customer and restaurant.
